Answers that help you choose
Each guide starts with an answer to the reader’s question. We explain who an option suits, the trade-offs that matter and when keeping what you have or skipping a purchase makes more sense. Recommendations follow the available evidence; where we draw a conclusion from product design, we distinguish that reasoning from hands-on testing.
Research before recommendation
We prioritize official product and policy pages for factual merchant information. An observation records its source, market, date and review deadline. “Source checked” means we read the cited page; it does not mean we tested a product or completed a purchase.
Freshness and corrections
Shipping and promotion information can change quickly. Dated observations remain historical records after their review deadline; check the merchant for current conditions. We do not reset verification dates simply because a page is rebuilt. Please tell us about errors.
Coupons and comparisons
We distinguish a merchant-advertised promotion from a checkout-tested coupon. We do not manufacture codes, savings percentages, urgency or ratings. We compare products only when they solve a similar shopper need and when comparable evidence is available.
AI assistance
AI tools may assist with organization, drafting and updates. Published factual claims need identifiable evidence. Automated change detection flags information for review; a changed webpage alone does not establish a new fact. We never turn unverified AI claims into product-testing experience.
Commercial independence
Affiliate relationships can help fund the site. Payment does not turn a weak source into a verified claim. Our guides explain limitations as well as reasons to consider a purchase. We currently have no proprietary product-testing results or long-term price history to claim.
Health-related products
Our period-care and supplement coverage addresses shopping decisions. It does not provide medical advice or predict individual fit, comfort or health outcomes. Consult the manufacturer’s instructions and an appropriately qualified professional for personal health questions.
